Your Information
When you book a trip with us, we need to know your name, email address and correspondence address. We may also need your credit or debit card number, the card's expiry date and its registered address, depending on how you intend to pay for your holiday. This allows us to process your booking and to send you confirmation and tickets.
We also ask for a contact telephone number so that we can get in touch with you regarding your booking.
If tickets are going to be late being sent out, we may give your address to the tour operator so that they can send the tickets to you directly.
We may also use the information we collect to send or email you special offers, changes to the website, and other valuable information. If you would rather not receive any further details or email promotions, please call our main telephone number, or use the unsubscribe link on any marketing email you receive.
If you register for our newsletter email, your first name and email address will be used to send you details of offers and information regarding explorer cruises. We may also send you details of other offers we think may be of interest to you.
