Your fascinating journey commences in Tromsø, with a leisurely voyage north for a chance to see the magical Aurora Borealis.
In Honningsvåg, you can join an excursion to mainland Europe's most northerly point, North Cape.
Sailing on, we head for the sheltered harbour of Kirkenes. Here you can visit the Russian border or enjoy a taste of Sami life, before your overnight stay in a stylish ice room in the Snow Hotel wrapped up warm.
As the return journey from Kirkenes hugs the coastline, you will revisit remote settlements giving you an insight into life high above the Arctic Circle.
ItineraryDay 1 : Fly to Tromsø and transfer to the ship (D).
Day 2 : Enjoy the Voyage North sailing into Honningsvåg where you can enjoy an optional excursion to Europe's most northerly point, the North Cape (B, D).
Day 3 : Arrive in Kirkenes, disembark and transfer to a local hotel. Enjoy free time for excursions and transfer to the Snow Hotel (B, D).
Day 4 : Transfer from the Snow Hotel to your Kirkenes hotel. You will have time to explore Kirkenes or join an excursion (B).
Day 5 : Rejoin the voyage for your southbound journey (B, D).
Day 6 - 7 : Arrive in Tromsø late evening and transfer to a centrally located hotel for two nights. You will have the opportunity to join some of our exciting excursions (B, D on Day 6 only).
Day 8 : Transfer to the airport for your flight home (B).

North Cape - Europe's Northernmost Point : From Honningsvåg a coach will take you to the North Cape plateau where you may enjoy unsurpassed views towards the North Pole, a potentially incredible backdrop for experiencing the Northern Lights.

Scooter Trip in Lapland - Kjøllefjord : After being kitted out for your snowmobile adventure in snowmobile overalls, special boots, hat, gloves and helmet you are taken to the starting point of the trip. Your guide will tell you about life on the Finnmark coast and the Sami that live here along the way. After receiving driving instructions from the guides you start the drive to Mehamn through the snow covered landscapes of Finnmark all the way to the Hurtigruten quay in Mehamn.

King Crab Safari - Kirkenes : This excursion offers a unique experience of seeing your guides ice fishing to catch the largest and freshest King Crabs in the world. These incredible crustaceans can span 2 metres and weigh up to 15 kilos. They will be prepared and cooked for you when you return to shore - a rewarding meal at the end of a fabulous excursion.
